Home watch focuses on regularly scheduled inspections of your unoccupied property — a trained professional visits on a set schedule, checks for issues, and delivers a photo report. Property management encompasses everything home watch provides plus full vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, project oversight, and complete operational management. Home watch is ideal if you have your own vendors; property management is for homeowners who want a fully hands-off experience.
What does your smart home monitoring include?
Our sensor network monitors your property 24/7 for water leaks, temperature drops (to catch heating failures before pipes freeze), smoke, CO2, and fuel levels. Sensors alert our team in real time so we can coordinate emergency response before damage compounds — even during storms when physical inspections aren't possible.
Do you handle storm preparation?
Yes. We secure outdoor furniture, clear gutters and downspouts, test sump pumps and generators, trim trees near the home, ensure drainage systems are clear, and verify insurance coverage. During storms, our sensors monitor continuously, and after the storm passes we conduct a full interior and exterior damage assessment with photo documentation for insurance claims.
